Oreo released a limited edition Red Velvet Oreo for the month of February (source: Bloomberg) to the delight of many fans. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, Oreo is working with agency 360i released a series of 6-animated shorts titled ‘Feel the Feelings’ to add a little fun to their campaign.
We think this was a unique way to celebrate the upcoming holiday, especially in the CPG snack category. This ad stands out from previous Oreo commercials and the standard romantic “buy-her-a-gift” campaigns from other gift retailers. A little cheeky and awkward these shorts can bring about a quick laugh or smile and are sure to catch the attention of Oreo fans and snack lovers.
